AngularJS is a JavaScript framework. It is an open source front-end web framework maintained by Google and a community of individuals and corporations. The goal of AngularJS is to augment browser-based applications with (MVC) model view controller capability, in order to reduce the amount of JavaScript needed to make the web app functional. It is known as angular because it is a JavaScript that is written in the html tags which uses the angle brackets.
